Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor in London for the festive period. You will welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, and assist with payments at tills or self-checkouts. You’ll also stock shelves, support deliveries, and keep the store organised in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This temporary role requires energy, flexibility over bank holidays, and a friendly, proactive approach to ensure great customer experiences during peak season.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player who supports others and cares about team success.
• Comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive attitude and ownership in busy periods.
• Resilient and positive during busy periods.
• Energetic with stamina for long, active shifts.
• Confident in asking for help when needed to get things right.
• Comfortable with technology, using handheld devices, tills and self-checkouts.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
