Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period. You’ll help customers find gifts, offers and services in-store, handle purchases at tills or self-checkouts, replenish stock and assist deliveries. Work across store areas with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

Available to work Bank Holidays and peak periods; training will be provided. This is a temporary role with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player who supports others and drives team success.
• Operates in busy, shifting conditions balancing service with stock/fulfilment tasks.
• Proactive, takes ownership of tasks and stays positive during peak periods.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems on tills and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Provide friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Assist across different store areas and support the team as needed.
