Job summary

Boots is recruiting a Seasonal Customer Advisor to be the friendly face in store during the festive period. You’ll help customers find gifts, explain offers and process purchases, while also assisting with deliveries and shelf replenishment.

The role is fast-paced, diverse and teamwork-driven, with training provided and opportunities depending on local availability. This temporary position offers weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate, with potential for longer-term opportunities based on

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend
• Customer-focused - enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience

• Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed
