Boots Group is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers choose gifts, discover offers and get what they need during the festive period.

You will be the friendly face customers rely on, delivering personalised service and creating feel-good moments that encourage repeat visits throughout the season. The role is temporary with potential longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products and offers.

• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and support the team as needed.
