Job summary

Boots is inviting applications for a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support customers during the Christmas period. The role involves helping customers find gifts, using tills and self-checkouts, replenishing stock, and assisting with deliveries across the store.

It’s a fast-paced, team-based role requiring adaptability and a friendly, proactive attitude. This temporary position offers a weekly paid schedule with pay ranging from £13.02 to £15.10 per hour, reflecting location and shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

• Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
