Urban Reef is a modern seaside bar and restaurant located next to Bournemouth beach on Boscombe Promenade. It features a stylish two-storey venue with a bar, café, deli, and restaurant, offering panoramic views of Bournemouth Bay from the Isle of Wight to the Purbecks.

As a brand ambassador, you will support the management team, undertake duty manager shifts, and lead and develop our team to provide excellent service. No previous hospitality experience is required; we value qualities such as enthusiasm, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude, and we will provide training for the rest.
