Job summary

You'll work night shifts (22:00–06:00) with an unsocial premium of £3 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours in December due to seasonal demand. Applicants must be 18+ and ready to roll up their sleeves.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service in a busy store environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible retail hours.
• Ability to use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service at pace in the Food section.
• Advise customers on products and keep shelves stocked.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers.
