Job summary

Hamilton & Inches is seeking a Client Host for a temporary November–December contract in Livingston, UK. The role focuses on delivering an unforgettable Christmas experience by greeting customers, understanding needs, and upholding the brand’s premium standards in-store.

You will support the showroom team, manage calls, assist with events, and ensure hospitality and safety policies are followed to maintain a high level of customer care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom with a warm, memorable reception.
• Understand customer needs and proactively assist to exceed expectations.
• Represent the Hamilton Inches brand to suppliers and customers.
• Support showroom operations and client experience.
• Handle incoming calls politely and efficiently.
• Provide hospitality for clients, including refreshments.
• Maintain stock levels of sundries and supplies.
• Assist with events and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Collaborate with security to ensure safety.
• Maintain safe working environment and adhere to Health & Safety policies.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
