Job summary

Moncler is seeking a full-time seasonal Host for our London New Bond Street store from October 2026 until mid-January 2027. You will be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in a warm, elegant manner and guiding them through the Moncler experience.

With impeccable presentation, you will understand client needs, coordinate with advisors and manage guest flow to ensure a seamless, elevated visit during peak trading periods.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident communication with clients in luxury retail environments.
• Ability to engage with clients and understand their needs swiftly.
• Comfort presenting the Moncler brand and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly as the first point of contact.
• Identify guest needs and guide them to the appropriate advisor or department.
• Assist with managing client flow, wait times and appointments.
• Welcome guests on arrival and offer refreshments to ensure comfort.
• Provide information about store services, collections and departments.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a premium client journey.
• Remain attentive to client inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Communicate relevant client information to management and sales teams.
• Support in-store tasks including packing and ceremonial events as needed.
