Job summary

MONCLER is seeking a full-time seasonal Host for London New Bond Street from October 2026 to mid-January 2027. You will be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming clients, presenting the Moncler world and guiding them through the store with elegance and attentive listening.

Collaborating with management, you will help manage client flow and appointments, maintain a polished environment, and contribute to a seamless, elevated client journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or client-facing environments is advantageous.
• A warm, confident and engaging approach with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally, creating a premium first impression.
• Identify client needs and guide them to the appropriate Client Advisor or department.
• Support client flow, waiting times, and appointments to ensure a smooth visit.
• Assist with coordination of client appointments and personal arrival reception.
• Offer refreshments and ensure clients feel comfortable while waiting to be assisted.
• Provide information about the store, services, collections and departments.
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver a consistent client journey.
• Maintain professionalism and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate daily store activity and relevant client information to management and sales teams.
• Support colleagues with ad-hoc in-store tasks including ceremonial selling, packing and operations.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and reflect Moncler standards.
