Job summary

Moncler is seeking a full-time seasonal Client Advisor for our flagship London store on New Bond Street from November 2026 to January 2027. You will guide clients through the brand’s values with elegance, building lasting relationships and contributing to team targets.

Role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining visuals, and supporting stock and inventory activities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in fashion luxury/retail.
• Passion for retail, client experience and luxury fashion.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and styling.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best service across the selling ceremony: greet, understand needs, assist with trying products, cross-sell.
• Create a unique client experience and long-lasting relationships including after-sales and clienteling.
• Achieve excellent selling performance and targets.
• Keep store visuals aligned with company standards and support stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team during inventories and stock activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
