Job summary

MONCLER London New Bond Street is seeking a part-time seasonal Client Advisor for 16 to 24 hours per week from November 2026 to January 2027. You will guide each client through the brand's heritage, focusing on needs, product recommendations, and building lasting relationships.

You will work with the team to reach individual and store targets, uphold visual standards, and participate in inventories and stock replenishment while delivering a warm, luxury client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles in structured fashion/luxury retail required.
• Passion for retail, client experience and luxury fashion.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector, product sensitivity and styling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
• Fluency & sophistication in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides the best service, welcoming customers and understanding needs during the selling ceremony.
• Creates a unique client experience and long-lasting relationships including after-sales and clienteling.
• Achieves excellent selling performances and contributes to team targets.
• Maintains company's visual standards in-store and assists with replenishment and stock management.
• Cooperates during inventories and stock activities; ensures policies and standards are followed.
• Works with the team in a positive, energetic and reliable manner.
