Job summary

McArthurGlen Group in Bridgend is seeking a Guest Experience Advisor to join our in-person Guest Experience team for a 3-month fixed-term contract running October to December 2026. The role is 15 hours per week with weekend work required and a rota covering centre hours.

You will actively greet guests, address inquiries, promote services, and handle feedback across face-to-face, email and social channels while upholding our brand standards and delivering moments of joy for visitors.

Qualifications

• Exceptional people skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with admin tasks.
• Proficient IT skills including email, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Embrace a culture of ensuring everyone leaves happy with a proactive, professional approach.
• Promote additional products and services, meeting targets and delivering a positive experience for all guests.
• Handle face-to-face, email and social media feedback, building rapport and representing the brand.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, such as online gift card orders.
• Uphold high standards in the Guest Services area, maintaining a welcoming and well-stocked environment.
• Promote collaboration and prioritise the guest in all endeavours.
