Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Guest Services Host for St David's Cardiff. The role is 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, at a rate of £13.45 per hour.

You will be the ambassador for the centre, delivering warm, professional service and supporting retailers and guests with information and assistance. As part of the Guest Services team, you will handle enquiries via in-person, telephone, email and social media, manage incidents, and contribute to events and activities to create a welcoming

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly and professional service to all guests, retailers, contractors and colleagues.
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for St David's Cardiff, confidently providing centre information and local recommendations.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly across channels including face-to-face, telephone, email and social media.
• Encourage guest engagement and feedback through centre initiatives.
• Take ownership of guest feedback, concerns and complaints, ensuring resolution and follow-through.
• Support the delivery of centre events, campaigns and activities to enhance the guest experience.
