Job summary

ATG Entertainment is seeking a customer-facing Front of House Assistant for evening and weekend shifts in Bristol. The role supports the Customer Experience team, handling greeting duties, ticket scanning, bar service, merchandise and audience guidance.

It is a fixed-term contract through early January 2027 with a minimum of 15 hours per week and some selected holiday dates. You will work closely with Security and Box Office staff, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, Deputy Managers,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with audience members and make them feel welcomed.
• Answer audience queries and provide timely information and guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the venue, shows, products and services.
• Proactively sell products: food, beverages, merchandise and programmes.
• Work to exceed sales targets while ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Identify risks to health, safety or security and act accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete all tasks.
• Take initiative to identify and complete required tasks.
