Job summary

McArthurGlen Group Designer Outlet in West Midlands is hiring a Guest Experience Advisor for a permanent 15-hour-per-week role, mainly weekends. This in-person position welcomes guests and handles inquiries, with a focus on making every guest interaction positive.

You will promote products, handle face-to-face, email and social media feedback, and complete administrative tasks. English fluency is required, IT skills, and flexibility to cover full centre trading hours on a rota.

Qualifications

• Exceptional people skills and enjoyment in exceeding guest expectations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced customer-facing environment with admin tasks.
• Proactive and able to make things happen.
• Proficient IT skills including email, Word and Excel.
• Fluent proficiency in English; additional languages welcome.
• Flexible about working hours to cover full centre trading hours.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote products and services, meeting targets and delivering a positive guest experience.
• Handle face-to-face, email and social media feedback, building rapport and representing the brand.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of admin tasks, e.g., online gift card orders.
• Maintain a welcoming, well-organised Guest Services area with proper information.
• Promote collaborative working, keeping guests as a top priority.
