Oliver Bonas is seeking Seasonal Team Members to join the busy Christmas period. You will be approachable, helpful and work with the team to deliver a fantastic customer experience while keeping the store running smoothly during peak times.

This is an 8-hour minimum contract that may increase with store needs, and overtime may be available. Flexible weekend availability through the Christmas period into the new year is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a great customer experience and meet service expectations.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Own tasks and set a good example for others.
• Follow operational practices including stock deliveries and stock takes.
• Keep store clean and orderly, including back-of-house areas.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance metrics.
• Know store best-sellers to drive sales growth.
