Greene King is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor in the United Kingdom to cover an eight-week FTC over the Christmas and New Year period. You will manage a wide range of customer enquiries, complaints and feedback via telephone, email, written correspondence and social media channels.

You will resolve issues promptly, maintain accurate records and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, contributing to team success while meeting performance targets.
