Greene King is seeking a People Advisor on a 6-month FTC basis to support teams with HR queries, payroll, and system access using the latest HR technology. The role emphasizes self-service enablement and confidentiality, with weekend coverage from Thursday to Monday.

You will be part of the People Operations function, helping to drive consistent HR processes and support across the business. Experience with HR software and GDPR is desirable, and the role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR people practices and processes including payroll and compliance.
• Knowledge of HR software; Workday HCM would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of GDPR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
