Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, discover offers, and ensure a festive, high‑quality shopping experience in‑store.

You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on, assisting with deliveries, stock replenishment, tills, and self-checkouts while staying active during the busy season. This temporary role offers local opportunities for longer-term work where available.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

• Operations ready — comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
