Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, offers and what they need for the celebrations. You’ll be the friendly face on the shop floor, delivering personalised service and supporting deliveries and stock replenishment.

This fast-paced, temporary role requires flexibility across store areas, teamwork and the energy to stay positive during peak periods. Potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
