Job summary

Boots Group is recruiting Seasonal Customer Advisors to help customers find gifts, use tills and assist with deliveries during the festive period. You'll be at the heart of the store's busiest weeks, delivering friendly, personalised service and keeping shelves stocked.

This temporary role offers on‑the‑job training and opportunities to stay on in local roles. Flexibility to work across shifts, including Bank Holidays and Christmas week, is essential to join a strong team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Bank Holidays including peak festive periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Deliver friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas tidy and appealing.
• Work across different store areas and support teammates as needed.
