Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor in the UK for the festive period. The role involves helping customers find gifts, delivering friendly service, and supporting stock and deliveries across the store. The position is temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

You'll work in-store, joining a friendly team and contributing to a great customer experience during one of the busiest seasons. Bank holidays and peak shopping periods are required.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
