Boots is hiring Seasonal Customer Advisors across select London locations to help customers find gifts, offers and essentials during the peak festive period. You'll deliver friendly, personalised service, handle tills and self-checkouts, and keep shelves stocked and store areas welcoming.

You'll join a collaborative team, work Bank Holidays and busy shift patterns, and aim to create memorable experiences that encourage customers to return.

Competenze

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused - enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player - supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive attitude - sees what needs doing and takes ownership.
• Resilient - stays positive and focused during busy periods.
• Energy and stamina - keeps energy high throughout long, active shifts.
• Confident asking questions - asks for help when needed to get things right.
• Comfortable with technology - learns new systems and confidently uses handheld devices, tills and self-checkouts. Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
