Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support busy Christmas trading across our London stores. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, and deliver friendly, personalised service that makes their day.

This fast-paced in-store role also involves assisting deliveries, replenishing stock, and using tills and self-checkouts. If you enjoy talking to people and staying energetic through busy periods, this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
