Job summary

Boots is hiring Seasonal Customer Advisors to help customers during the Christmas period. You’ll greet shoppers, guide them to gifts and offers, and assist with purchases using tills and self-checkouts while deliveries come through.

This fast-paced, team-driven role requires flexibility to cover different store areas, a proactive attitude and a customer-focused approach. You’ll receive on-the-job training and be part of a supportive Boots team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across store areas and support the team wherever help is needed.
