Job summary

Boots in London is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support busy festive periods. You’ll help customers find gifts, explain offers and complete purchases with a friendly, personalised touch.

You’ll also replenish stock, support deliveries and keep shelves tidy, moving across store areas with the team. This temporary role offers training, everyday variety and potential longer‑term opportunities depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
