Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join the team during the busy Christmas period. The role focuses on delivering friendly, personalised service and helping customers with products, tills and self-checkouts.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with the ability to help customers have a great experience.
• Team player who supports others and contributes to store success.
• Comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive, takes ownership and stays positive during busy periods.
• Energetic with good stamina for long, active shifts.
• Confident using technology, tills and handheld devices.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Familiar with Boots products and services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find products and offers.
• Create memorable experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across store areas and support the team as needed.
