Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, share offers and ensure a smooth checkout during the festive period. You'll be the friendly face on the shop floor, assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and keeping displays looking their best.

This fast-paced, active role requires flexibility, teamwork and a proactive approach. You’ll work bank holidays and busy shopping periods, using tills and self-checkouts, while delivering great experiences that encourage

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
