Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor in the UK for the busy Christmas period. You’ll engage customers, suggest gift ideas, and ensure a magical shopping experience across our stores and café areas. You’ll handle tills, assist with replenishment, and support where needed to keep operations smooth.

You’ll be reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while sharing in the privilege of exclusive staff discounts and product perks this festive season.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Immerse customers in Hotel Chocolat and seasonal products
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and checking allergens
• Support deliveries and replenishment for the store
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till
• Maintain high standards in store and café areas to WOW customers
• Prepare drinks/snacks if the store has a café area
• Support store and team to drive success
