Job summary

Nightcap PLC operates Brighton i360, a busy seaside venue comprising a restaurant, bar, café and events space. The Duty Manager will lead shifts and sustain high service standards across multiple outlets, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience and staff stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on hospitality experience, strong people skills and a proactive, visible leadership style. Flexible to evenings, weekends and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in busy hospitality venues.
• Hands-on, energetic and guest‑first attitude.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends and peak periods.
• Personal licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts across the attraction, events spaces, restaurant, bar and café.
• Supporting and motivating the team during busy services.
• Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness and operations.
• Supporting labour control, stock management and daily procedures.
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues confidently.
• Ensuring compliance, licensing and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Working closely with the senior management team to keep the venue running at its best.
