Role Description

This is a remote role, part time or full time, for an experienced or semi retired Seafood Sales Executive from within the seafood industry. You will be responsible for selling and promoting quality Frozen Fish & Seafood to the UK & Irish foodservice sector, covering Fish Merchants, distributors, wholesalers, Cash & Carry and larger volume end users. (Possible national Accounts & Buying groups).

The right candidate will be ambitious and have the ability and self-confidence to work alone to achieve their goals. You will be supported by a fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable team, who will assist you in day-to-day operations and any required product training.

You will have a considered strategic approach to how you win your customers. The role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing business with existing clients, developing new sales channels, managing ongoing sales activities, forecasting and achieving sales targets.

As the world changes, so are the sales channels, new ones are opening up as old ones close down. We are looking for innovation to be a part of your mindset, leaving no stones unturned.

Qualifications

  • Current Experience in the seafood industry
  • Knowledge of the UK & Irish foodservice sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Sales and Marketing skills

Bonus: Annual with no restricted limits, based on the above criteria.

Basic salary £30,000-£45,000 based on experience and clients
