Sales Account Manager Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide an impeccable customer service to restaurant managers and kitchen managers amongst London’s top hotel and restaurant kitchens.
  2. Dealing with customers who will expect a top-quality customer service.
  3. Manage sometimes demanding questions relating to orders (cancellations, out of stock, delays etc) with tact, confidence, and eloquence.
  4. Making calls to clients to provide updates on orders, stock availability, and also promote daily promotions or deals.
  5. Researching potential customer/clients menus and calling to suggest certain produce they might need.

Sales Account Manager Ideal Candidate
  1. Foodie – strong interest in gastronomy and high-end food service would be a good fit.
  2. Kitchen/restaurant background with strong customer support skills.
  3. Some sales experience would be beneficial (telephone based).
  4. Energetic and able to work on the job and pick up new tasks quickly.
