Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Validation and Verification Lead for the Sea Ceptor C2 program in Bristol. You will own the definition of C2 test scenarios and success criteria to ensure product conformance, and produce verification plans aligned with the Equipment Design Authority.

Recent export-driven work adds complexity and new integration challenges. Join MBDA to work across the product lifecycle, interact with stakeholders, and contribute to protecting national security.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Validation and Verification processes.
• Experience turning requirements into testing-ready baselines for software.
• Ability to lead small teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze requirements, test evidence and technical reports.
• Proficiency with DOORS or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team across DOORS compliance and test result analysis.
• Define scenarios and test descriptions for software testing.
• Produce safety, technical and security reports based on evidence.
• Generate metrics on progress and influence project schedules.
