Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Sea Ceptor C2 Validation and Verification Lead to own the definition of test scenarios and verification plans, ensuring C2 product meets requirements. You will lead a small team, work with the DOORS toolset, and coordinate across engineering disciplines to deliver validated software for critical defence capabilities.

The role offers hybrid working 4 days on-site and requires British citizenship.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Validation and Verification processes.
• Experience deriving design baselines from requirements to testing.
• Ability to lead small teams to achieve planned outcomes.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with DOORS or Rhapsody or similar tools.
• Degree in STEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of C2 test scenarios and success criteria.
• Define verification plans with the Design Authority.
• Populate DOORS Compliance Matrices to evidence performance.
• Analyze test results and validate C2 software operation.
• Support software testing through issue resolution.
• Generate progress metrics and status updates.
