Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems in the United Kingdom seeks a Sea Ceptor C2 Validation and Verification Lead. The role defines C2 test scenarios, verification plans, and evidence to ensure the C2 product meets requirements. You will lead a small team and engage with stakeholders across the weapon system design process.

Hybrid on-site work four days a week is expected. A British Citizen or dual UK national with citizenship is required, with BPSS clearance after offer stage.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of the Validation and Verification process.
• Experience in developing software design baselines from requirements to testable products.
• Ability to lead small teams and work within cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to populate DOORS Compliance Matrices for performance evidence.
• Analyse test results to validate C2 software operation and generate test content.
• Define scenarios and test descriptions to support software testing and issue resolution.
• Produce safety and security reports and generate progress metrics.
