You’ll be responsible for
  1. Growing the user base for Builder Studio products through effective sales team management, pipeline building, and conversion.
  2. Managing the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to conversion using inbound, outbound, and field sales approaches.
  3. Recruiting, training, and optimizing a team of SDRs to drive growth collectively.
  4. Maintaining daily and weekly sales metrics, and helping the team improve performance using internal systems.
  5. Providing face-to-face and Zoom-based training to develop your team and drive growth in your UK region.
  6. Owning your area and team’s success.
  7. Identifying and supporting business development and partnership opportunities in your region.
  8. Conducting regular data-based reports to the UK Country Manager regarding team and regional performance.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Phased targets across months 1-4 to gain sector and product experience.
  • Achieving a minimum of 15 paid signings per month per Sales Manager after training.
  • Reaching team targets of 15 paid signings per head in your area.
  • Ensuring all admin and reporting are accurate and transparent for the business.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, with 1+ years managing high-volume SDR teams.
  • Experience with field sales or outbound call centers strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales manager and business developer.
  • Experience selling into the SMB market is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or similar.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Passionate, results-driven, and motivated.
  • Attractive quarterly OKR bonus or commission scheme based on role.
  • Stock options in a $450 million funded Series D scale-up company.
