Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a Making Tax Digital programme in a hybrid Telford setting. The role involves facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, hands-on JIRA/Confluence experience, and excellent stakeholder management. This is a 4-month contract with £450/day inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on JIRA and Confluence experience.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Coaching teams to improve Agile maturity.
• CSM/PSM certification is desirable.
