Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a Making Tax Digital (MTD) programme in a hybrid Telford role. You will work with Agile Scrum teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will manage delivery schedules, budgets, risks, resources and change, while coordinating with customers, delivery teams and programme stakeholders. BPSS clearance or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Strong product, project or delivery management experience.
• Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, resources and change.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects within structured governance environments.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• BPSS clearance or ability to obtain it.

Telford / Hybrid - 2 -3 days per week onsite

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a high-profile Making Tax Digital (MTD) programme, working with Agile Scrum teams to deliver projects to agreed cost, quality and timescales.

You'll work across a varied programme portfolio, managing delivery schedules, budgets, risks, resources, change and stakeholder relationships. You'll also support implementation and ensure effective communication across customers, delivery teams and wider programme stakeholders.

Key experience required:

• Strong Product, Project or Delivery Management experience
• Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, resources and change
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
