Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. in Telford is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to support the Making Tax Digital (MTD) programme. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days on site in Telford and collaboration with Product Owners and delivery teams.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, remove blockers, and use JIRA and Confluence to track progress and ensure delivery transparency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident coaching teams and resolving delivery issues.
• CSM or PSM certification is desirable.

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to join a high-profile digital transformation programme supporting Making Tax Digital (MTD).

You'll work closely with Agile delivery teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to facilitate effective delivery, improve team performance and ensure Agile practices are embedded across the programme.
