Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is hiring an experienced Product Manager to join a Making Tax Digital (MTD) programme in Telford. You will work with Agile Scrum teams to deliver projects to defined costs, quality and timescales.

You will manage delivery schedules, budgets, risks and resources, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while supporting implementation and ensuring clear communication across customers and delivery teams. BPSS clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

Strong Product, Project or Delivery Management experience.
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, resources and change.
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
Experience delivering complex projects within structured governance environments.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
BPSS clearance or ability to obtain it.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a high-profile Making Tax Digital (MTD) programme, working with Agile Scrum teams to deliver projects to agreed cost, quality and timescales.

You'll work across a varied programme portfolio, managing delivery schedules, budgets, risks, resources, change and stakeholder relationships. You'll also support implementation and ensure effective communication across customers, delivery teams and wider programme stakeholders.

Key experience required:

Strong Product, Project or Delivery Management experience
Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, resources and change
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
