Due to an exciting period of growth, Ligentia is looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager to join our Business Technology function in the UK. You'll play a crucial role in iterating on our delivery processes and enhancing our Delivery Management function to support our Software Development teams.

As a servant leader, you'll work closely with our development teams within a Scrum-based framework, focusing on the overall delivery process and collaborating with other leaders across the company. Your experience in coaching development teams to higher levels of Agile maturity will be a significant asset.

Your Role:

  • Facilitating all standard Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and other necessary meetings.
  • Collaborating with other Delivery Managers to effectively manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Working closely with Project Managers to ensure delivery plans align with programme and portfolio priorities, ultimately driving customer satisfaction.
  • Driving our development teams towards higher levels of Scrum and Agile maturity.
  • Leading and coaching development teams to become self-organising.
  • Facilitating the removal of impediments and resolving conflicts and issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Tech Team’s Ways of Working.
  • Collaborating with the Delivery Management team to continuously enhance our Delivery Framework.

What You'll Need:

  • Hands-on experience working within a Scrum framework.
  • A strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to analyse situations quickly and effectively resolve conflict.
  • Knowledge of techniques to address gaps in Scrum and Kanban.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Adaptability to a changing environment and a proactive approach.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to maintain focus in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience with Kanban and other Agile frameworks.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.

We offer a hybrid working environment, requiring on average 3 days a week from our Leeds office for collaboration and team meetings. This balance ensures you have the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with your colleagues.
