Job summary

Synergy Medical is seeking a Scrub Practitioner for a private hospital in Manchester. The role involves perioperative care within the theatre team, preparing the operating environment, maintaining sterile technique and assisting surgeons.

You will ensure patient safety, document procedures accurately and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. UK scrub/theatre experience and current NMC registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration or equivalent.
• Previous UK scrub/theatre experience.
• Experience working within a surgical environment.
• Good knowledge of infection prevention and sterile techniques.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
