Job summary

Synergy Medical is seeking a Scrub Practitioner for a private hospital in Manchester. The role involves perioperative care within the theatre team, preparing the operating environment, maintaining sterile technique and assisting surgeons.

You will ensure patient safety, document procedures accurately and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. UK scrub/theatre experience and current NMC registration are essential.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Scrub Practitioners to work within a well-established private hospital in Manchester.

The successful candidate will provide safe and effective perioperative care, working as part of the theatre team to support surgical procedures. Responsibilities will include preparing the operating theatre, checking and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment, assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques, completing accurate documentation and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical pathway.

We are looking for professional, reliable and confident practitioners with previous UK theatre/scrub experience, who can work effectively in a busy operating theatre environment and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements
