Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm based in Blackburn, UK, for a Scottish Qualified Solicitor specializing in Personal Injury – Road Traffic Accidents (RTA). You will manage a caseload of Scottish RTA personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation where necessary.

Qualifications

You will manage a caseload of Scottish RTA personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation where necessary. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Scottish civil procedure and personal injury law, alongside the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Solicitor:
