Job summary

The General Surgery Territory Manager role in Scotland is a field-based, customer-facing sales position within a global medical technology business. You’ll develop business across a defined territory, build relationships with surgical professionals, and support customers throughout the sales process with hands-on demonstrations and training in clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Either surgical or medical devices sales experience.
• OR ODPs / theatre nurses seeking a new challenge.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Experience using CRM systems advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation ability.
• A commercially driven approach with a clear focus on results.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a wider team.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Scotland.
