Job summary

Prestwick Aerosystems is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the Scotland supply chain, procurement and stock control. You will drive end-to-end processes, optimise stock, manage supplier relationships and work with sales, product management and operations to maximise profitability.

You will lead stock control teams across Glasgow and Perth, monitor KPIs, support EBITDA targets and foster continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain, procurement or stock control in a target-driven environment.
• Strong leadership with team development responsibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain across Scotland region.
• Coordinate stock purchases and supplier relationships.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory KPIs across depots in Glasgow and Perth.
• Drive improvements to OTIF delivery and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Operations teams.
• Provide leadership and development for Stock Control teams.
• Prepare reports and action plans to meet EBITDA and profitability targets.
