• Experience leading supply chain, procurement or stock control in a target-driven environment.
• Proven leadership with team management and development.

• Ability to analyse performance data and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain across Scotland, coordinating purchasing and stock.
• Manage stock levels and inventory KPIs across Glasgow and Perth depots.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Operations to optimise stock availability.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor OTIF delivery performance.
• Provide coaching and development for Stock Control teams.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
