Job summary

ScottishPower is recruiting an Asset Control Manager to lead stores, logistics and purchasing across Scotland and the North West. Based in Newarthill with 2–3 days in the office, you will oversee stock, assets and supplier relations, travel between sites, and drive cost-saving improvements.

You will manage a team, forecast stock needs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering value for the Metering Estate and Revenue Assurance teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics, operational or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing high-volume stock operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stores, logistics and purchasing across a dispersed operation.
• Lead a team responsible for stock, assets, equipment, fleet and supplier relationships.
