Zusammenfassung

RYA Scotland is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support sailing events, programmes and performance activities across Scotland. This role involves coordinating equipment, transport and deployment for events, and ensuring assets remain safe and serviceable.

With strong organisational and communication skills, you will manage multiple projects, work with volunteers and staff, and travel regularly around Scotland.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coordinate preparation, transport and deployment of equipment for events across Scotland.
• Co-manage and maintain assets, equipment, trailers, vehicles and boats to stay safe and fit for purpose.
• Support planning and delivery of major events, championships and development programmes.
• Oversee inventory management, tracking, storage and maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, clubs and partners for smooth delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and efficiencies.
